Job Descriptions
1.การออกแบบระบบ (Design) 1.1 วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของโครงการ (เช่น อาคาร สำนักงาน โรงงาน โรงพยาบาล) 1.2 คำนวณโหลดความร้อนและความเย็น (Cooling/Heating Load Calculation) 1.3ออกแบบระบบท่อลม ท่อน้ำเย็น/ร้อน ระบบระบายอากาศ และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ 1.4 สามารถเลือกอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสม เช่น แอร์, ปั๊มความร้อน, หอทำความเย็น, Boiler, Fan Coil Unit (FCU) 1.5 ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยออกแบบ (เช่น AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, TRACE 700) 2.การติดตั้งและดูแลระบบ (Installation & Supervision) 2.1 ควบคุมการติดตั้งระบบ HVAC ตามแบบวิศวกรรม 2.2 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานและความปลอดภัยของระบบ 2.3 ทดสอบสมรรถนะระบบ (Commissioning) ก่อนส่งมอบงาน 3.การบำรุงรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหา (Maintenance & Troubleshooting) 3.1 ตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ HVAC เพื่อให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 3.2 แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เช่น การรั่วไหลของสารทำความเย็น (Refrigerant Leak) ระบบควบคุมผิดปกติ 3.3 สามารถปรับปรุงระบบเดิมเพื่อลดพลังงาน (Retrofit) 4. การประสานงานกับทีมอื่นๆ (Coordination) 4.1 ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกรสาขาอื่น (ไฟฟ้า สถาปัตย์ โยธา) เพื่อป้องกัน 4.2 ปัญหาการชนกันของระบบ (Clash Detection) 4.3 ประสานงานกับลูกค้า 5. การคำนึงถึงพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม (Energy Efficiency & Sustainability) 5.1 ออกแบบระบบ HVAC ให้ประหยัดพลังงาน (เช่น ใช้ VRF System, Chiller ประสิทธิภาพสูง) 5.2 ศึกษาและนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่มาใช้ เช่น ระบบ Heat Recovery, Solar Thermal 5.3 ออกแบบตามมาตรฐานสิ่งแวดล้อม (LEED, WELL Building Standard)
Qualifications
  1. มีความรู้ด้าน Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer
  2. มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐาน HVAC (ASHRAE, SMACNA, Thai Building Code)
  3. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบและจำลองระบบ
  4. มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและการสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีหนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
  6. มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
  7. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัด หรือต่างประเทศได้
  8. สามารถสื่อสาร ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
