Business: Trading Automotive Parts Work Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 Location: BTS Chong Nonsi/ Sathorn/ Bangkok 1. Previous customer, supplier collaboration preferably within the automotive market with successful experiences; 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Great interpersonal skills and customer service; 3. Take initiative when necessary and be able to delegate and mediate, ability to make quick decisions and act if the situation requires; 4. Pursue continuous improvement by making the organization and processes lean and efficient; 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-driven environment. Hands-on mentality and not afraid to pioneer in certain circumstances; 6. Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little supervision. Responsible, goal-oriented, and organized; 7. Good listening skills and the ability to manage and motivate others; 8. Show confidence, pro-activeness, and the willingness to take new challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience over 3 years with customer and supplier collaboration, preferably within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with automotive supply chain processes in a distributor role.
Fluent in English and Thai (both verbal and written).
Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening skills and ability to manage and motivate others.
Commitment to continuous improvement and lean process implementation.
A company car with a driver is provided, so a driver’s license is not required.
