Job Responsibilities 1. Plan, control, and develop product design and development activities for rubberwood furniture to meet market and customer needs. 2. Manage new product development projects from concept to final product launch. 3. Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Customers to continuously improve and enhance products. 4. Research and analyze market trends, new materials, and relevant technologies to apply in product development. 5.Lead and develop the RD team to achieve company goals effectively. 6. Monitor and control product costs to ensure competitiveness. 7. Prepare reports and present progress to the management team regularly.

Qualifications

Male/Female, aged between 30-45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, Wood Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development (R&D) and at least 2 years in a managerial position (Experience in wood or furniture industry is an advantage).
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Creative, innovative, and adaptable to market changes.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp (is an advantage).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of wood materials and furniture production processes will be an added advantage.
Good English communication skills are a plus.
