รับผิดชอบในการปรับปรุงระบบคุณภาพ ในส่วนต่างๆดังนี้ 1.รับผิดชอบเรื่องการวิเคราะห์และสรุปตัวชี้วัดด้านคุณภาพ 2.ผู้จัดการประชุมวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ : การวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพรายเดือนและมาตราฐานการแก้ไข วิเคราะห์รายงานด้านคุณภาพทั่วไป โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงปัญหาโดยใช้ Why- Why , 5W , 8 D 3.เป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดประชุมร่วมระหว่างฝ่ายคุณภาพ , สำนักงานใหญ่ และ ลูกค้า ex. ประสานงานและจัดการประชุมทาง Online ดูแลรายงานสรุป และติดตามงาน 4.ดูแลปัญหาเรื่องคุณภาพหลังการขาย การตลาด และอุบัติเหตุ เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลการตลาดเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์งานควบคุ่กับส่วนงานขาย 5.การส่งเสริมการสร้างระบบปฏิบัติการและดูแลการทำซ้ำของระบบปฏิบัติการ 6.การส่งเสริมโครงการระบบคุณภาพ : Six sigma , การใช้เครื่องมือในระบบ Quality วิเคราะห์งาน และการสร้างทีม 7.การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพโมเดล การติดตามตลาดของโมเดลใหม่และวงจรปิดของปัญหาทั่วไปของโมเดลเก่า 8.ดูแลเรื่องการรักษาชื่อเสียง
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Engineer or related field.
  2. มีทักษะทางด้าน Excel ชั้นสูง และทำงานข้อมูลเชิงสถิติได้
  3. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์งานและสรุปประเด็นปัญญาเชิงลึก
  4. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  5. เคยประสบการณ์ทางด้านคุณภาพในเครื่องปรับอากาศจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติต่างจังหวัดได้ในบางครั้ง
  7. ดำเนินการจัดการประชุมและดูแลปัญหาเรื่องคุณภาพหลังการขาย การตลาด และนำข้อมูลการตลาดเพื่อมาวิเคราะห์งานควบคุ่กับส่วนงานขาย
