1.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของแม่บ้าน/คนขับรถธุรการ
2.เตรียมบิลในการเติมน้ำมันให้คนขับรถ
3.ดูแลเรื่องสัญญารถตู้เช่า
4.ดูแลเรื่องการขายขยะ
5.จัดซื้ออาหารสด/ยารักษาโรคประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน
6.งานติดต่าอราชการเรื่องการจ่ายภาษี
7.รวบรวมข้อมูลการใช้โทรศัพท์/ข้อมูลการใช้รถ/และน้ำมัน
8.ดูแลงานเบิกสวัสดิการต่างๆ
9.จัดทำตารางวันหยุดประจำเดือน
10.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- 23-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความรู้ด้านงานธุรการ
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ค่ะ
- สามารถใช้ Program Microsoft Office ได้
