Job Descriptions
- สรรหาบุคลากร ตามอัตรากำลังคนที่กำหนด
- สรุปรายงานการสรรหา/โทรนัดสัมภาษณ์ประจำวัน
- เตรียมเอกสารและนัดสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครงาน
- จัดอบรมพนักงานใหม่
- จัดทำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและทำการฝึกอบรมให้กับพนักงานภายในบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสรรหาและฝึกอบรม 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel , Word และ Power point ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถเรียนรู้งานได้รวดเร็ว และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
