Job Descriptions

Roles and Responsibilities: •Plan and lead maintenance activities for mechanical systems and production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. •Manage HVAC systems in cleanroom settings, maintaining strict control over temperature, humidity, and ISO classification requirements. •Operate and maintain key utility systems such as compressed air, steam, DI/RO water, and chilled water systems. •Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues by analyzing mechanical failures, vibration problems, and wear patterns. •Collaborate with QA, Validation, and Production departments on equipment qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ). •Implement effective spare parts management and preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability. •Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and all safety and regulatory standards in all mechanical operations. •Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and CAPA reports. •Supervise and coach maintenance teams, fostering technical skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the medical device industry.
Solid understanding of mechanical infrastructure, cleanroom environmental control, and production machinery.
Experience with validation processes and quality system documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying root causes of mechanical issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly in English.
Additional experience in designing electrical systems for new equipment or setting up factory electrical infrastructure is a plus.
