Job Descriptions
- พัฒนาและดูแลระบบซอฟต์แวร์ของบริษัท เช่น ระบบ HRM, Payroll, Time Attendance และอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Core Business
- เขียนและออกแบบระบบทั้งฝั่ง Frontend และ Backend โดยคานึงถึงประสิทธิภาพ ความปลอดภัย และการดูแลในระยะยาว
- ทางานร่วมกับทีม System Analyst, UX/UI Designer, QA และทีม DevOps อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อให้การส่งมอบงานมีคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบและให้คาแนะนาในการเขียนโค้ดของทีม พร้อมแบ่งปัน Best Practices ให้กับนักพัฒนารุ่นใหม่
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงระบบ
- เข้าร่วมวางแผนงานในแต่ละ Sprint (Agile/Scrum) และร่วมกาหนดมาตรฐานในการทางานของทีมพัฒนา
- สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ภายในทีมพัฒนา
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนา Full Stack อย่างน้อย 2 - 5 ปี
- Frontend: เชี่ยวชาญ JavaScript/TypeScript และใช้ Vue.js หรือ React.js ได้ดี
- Backend: มีประสบการณ์กับ Node.js (Express/NestJS), Laravel หรือ .NET Core
- Database: มีประสบการณ์ใช้ MySQL และ MongoDB หรือ PostgreSQL
- ทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทางานร่วมทีมที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบและคิดเชิงระบบ
