Job Descriptions
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบกำกับภาษีให้ลูกค้า
- บันทึกการขายสินค้า / บริการแบบเครดิตลงระบบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบสถานะการชำระหนี้ของลูกค้า
- ส่งใบแจ้งยอด (Statement) และทวงหนี้หากถึงกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการโอนเงิน เช็ค หรือหลักฐานการจ่ายจากลูกค้าบันทึกลงบัญชีรับเงินให้ถูกต้อง
- จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้
- รายงานยอดค้างชำระหรือสถานะบัญชีลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้า
- ควบคุมเครดิตลูกค้า ตรวจสอบวงเงินและเงื่อนไขการให้เครดิต
- แจ้งเตือนเมื่อใกล้ครบกำหนดการชำระ
Qualifications
- เพศ: หญิง
- อายุ: 25-45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บัญชีลูกหนี้ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปได้ เช่น SAP, Express
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
