Job Descriptions
1.สรรหา รับสมัคร สัมภาษณ์งานเบื้องต้น พนักงานปฏิบัติงาน รปภ. แม่บ้าน พนักงานขับรถ ฯลฯ พื้นที่ในเขตที่รับผิดชอบ ( นครชัยศรี / นครปฐม ) 2. ประสานธนาคารกรุงไทย / สถาบันการเงินอื่น เพื่อส่งผู้สมัครเข้าสัมภาษณ์ 3. จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน ประจำไตรมาส 4. ประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานในส่วนสำนักงานใหญ่ ลาดพร้าว 106 และสาขาต่างๆของธนาคาร / สถาบันการเงินอื่น ที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบ 6.จัดทำแผนประชาสัมพันธ์ในตำแหน่งต่างๆ เช่น ตรวจนับ/คัดนับ รปภ แม่บ้าน คนขับรถ ฯลฯ 7. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการและเอกชน 8. ออกบูธเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์องค์กร และบริษัทฯ 9. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย /หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาพนักงานตรวจนับ /คัดนับ รปภ. แม่บ้าน และพนง.ขับรถ ฯลฯ
  5. หากเคยผ่านธุรกิจ Outsourcing จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Word, Excel ได้ดี
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทักษะการประสานงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ และ พร้อมที่จะทุ่มเทและทำงานหนัก
  8. มีรถยนต์ / รถจักรยานยนต์ เป็นของตนเอง และมีใบขับขี่
