Job Descriptions
- Analyze and optimize full marketing funnel (awareness to conversion) across all channels (paid ads, email, social, SEO, offline) - Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, churn, etc.) - Identify drop-off points and friction in user journey, propose data-driven optimizations - Manage and automate data flows across platforms (CRM, ad platforms, website, attribution tools) - Develop marketing attribution models and customer segmentation strategies - Lead A/B testing frameworks, cohort analysis, and campaign measurement - Collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams to align data tracking with business goals
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  3. Deep expertise in performance marketing analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  4. Advanced technical skills: SQL, GA4, Looker Studio (or similar BI tools), GTM (Google Tag Manager)
  5. Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM systems, etc.).
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and best practices.
  7. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality analysis.Strong critical thinking: Able to turn raw data into actionable marketing insights fast
  11. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
