Job Descriptions
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operation. Run and troubleshoot basic Python scripts as needed. Perform routine maintenance and updates on cron jobs. Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues. Act as a liaison between Thai-speaking business teams and the English-speaking tech team. Document IT processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. Work closely with developers to support and understand Django-based applications. Support the integration and optimization of IT tools across different departments.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in IT system management and data analysis.
  3. Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and data management tools.
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or business intelligence software is an advantage.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity principles.
  7. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  8. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  9. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
