Job Descriptions
1 ตรวจเอกสารที่รับจากคลังสินค้า (PO,ใบแจ้งหนี้,ใบกำกับภาษี) 2 บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย (Cr.7,15,30 วัน) - ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นประจำจาก PO - ค่าน้ำประปา - ค่าบริหารจัดการสวน - ค่าบริหารจัดการ - ค่าพัฒนาระบบ - บิลน้ำมัน (Add ภาษีซื้อ) 3 จัดทำรายงานภาษี ภ.พ.30 , Payment และยื่นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มใน Website สรรพากร 4 จัดเก็บใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ และรายงานภาษี ของแต่ละเดือน 5 กลับรายการ (บางรายการ) และสรุปภาษีซื้อไม่ถึงกำหนดของแต่ละเดือน 6 ทำ Payment Supplier เฉพาะเจ้าที่ได้ส่วนลดการค้า
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  2. ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป ERP และ Excel ขั้นต้น เช่น Pivot Table VLookup ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการทำงานในส่วนของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ที่เกี่ยวข้องตลอดทั้ง Flow
  4. สามารถควบคุมการแบ่งจ่ายบางส่วน ตรวจเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายตามหลักการควบคุมภายในที่ดี
  5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เพิ่มขึ้นลดลงของแต่ละประเภทได้เป็นอย่างดี
