- Promotions & Campaigns - Create strategies to boost sales by joining platform campaigns and using promotions like platform advertisement.
- Order & Shipping Coordination - Track orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Sales & Profit Growth - Achieve company sales targets through effective online strategies.
- Compliance - Follow platform rules and regulations.
Working Time - Monday to Friday.
Qualifications - Education - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- English Skill - Required (language allowance).
- Skills Needed - Basic computer & internet proficiency; Sales & customer service skills.
- Personality Preferred - Willingness to learn, diligence, patience, good teamwork
- Experience - Prior experience in e-commerce (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop) is a plus.
