Mloptic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented accountant/senior accountant to join our finance team. This is a full-time role based in Chonburi. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting and financial functions, contributing to the overall success of the company. What you'll be doing 1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger 2. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded 3. Take care of the tax declaration and ensure compliance of local tax policy/rules 4. Communicate with local bank/audit firm/tax authorities and other departments for the finance, audit, tax, IEAT and other administrative topics 5. Experience in BOI, Free Zone 6. Ensure all accounting activities comply with TAS, TFRS and group regulations 7. Cooperate/communicate with HQ accounting team to ensure the smooth process of all accounting procedures 8. Cooperate with HQ accounting, local management and responsible of the Budget, Business Planning and Cash Flow Management 9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy 10. Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a service-oriented business
SAP, Express, Ecount
CPD license will be an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Knowledge and experience in BOI and IEAT applications and reporting is a must
Fluent in English communication or Chinese (Mandarin)
