Job Descriptions
1.Assemble, Verify Invoices, and check with PR/PO/Delivery Note/Tax Invoices (Both domestic and overseas)
2.Accounts payable transactions
3.The weekly update on the AP report
4.Prepare and support for BS reconciliation for Accounts Payables, GIT, Prepayment
5.Prepare for VAT reconciliation and reconciliation
6.Continuing to improve the AP process
7.Support the finance team in other related tasks
Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate or higher in Accounting or a related field
- Female, aged 25 - 35 years
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience in an industrial setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and careful with documents and numbers
- Able to work quickly and meet deadlines
