เวียนงาน (Job Rotation) ในแผนกต่างๆ เช่น การตลาด, การขาย, ทรัพยากรบุคคล, ฯลฯ
เข้าใจโครงสร้างองค์กร กระบวนการทำงาน และบทบาทของแต่ละฝ่าย
สนับสนุนงานของผู้จัดการ
ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการในโครงการต่างๆ
วิเคราะห์ปัญหา วางแผนงาน และติดตามผล
เรียนรู้ทักษะการบริหาร
ฝึกภาวะผู้นำ การจัดการทีม การวางแผนกลยุทธ์
เข้าอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่องค์กรกำหนด
รายงานและประเมินผลการฝึกงาน
จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าในการฝึกงาน
เข้าร่วมการประเมินผลงานกับหัวหน้างาน
เตรียมตัวสำหรับการเป็นผู้บริหารในอนาคต
รับผิดชอบโปรเจกต์ย่อย
พัฒนา Soft Skills เช่น การสื่อสาร การตัดสินใจ และการแก้ไขปัญหา
