Job Descriptions

1. Review standards and procedures, Implement quality assurance standards and work guides 2. Assist the supervisor in assessing the inspection system and operation and suggest improvements 3. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data 4. Review the implementation and effeciency of quality and inspection systems 5. Collect and compile statistical quality data 6. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished production quality 7. Investigate customer complaints, Internal issue and con-conformance activities 8. Monitor parts quality situation and coordinates with other departments/Supplier/Customer Including evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions 9. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards 10. Review manpower job load distribution, function and allocation each group 11. Handle calibration of various and control measuring equipment as schedule 12. Take responsibility concerning new models and support APQP team 13. Preparation initial (PPAP) document package to customer and follow up 14. To analyze and control Measuring System Analysis (MSA) and Gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR & R) and Attribute measurement systems (AR & R) 15. In-charge for performing regular audits to ensure compliance with standards 16. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Male or Female age 23 - 30 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering mechanical, engineering, plastics and related fields.
GPA 2.50 UP
Experience : 0 - 2 Years for Quality Assurance
Ability to give advices and make trainings as well as maintain of quality system
Good computer skills
English or Japanese Proficiency
Acceptance to work in Ayutthaya
Able to work well under pressure.
