Job Descriptions
-ตอบโต้อีเมล์โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานต่างๆ -แจ้งรายละเอียดวันและเวลาส่งของให้ลูกค้าทราบ -ทำเอกสารสำหรับงานนำเข้า-ส่งออก Invoice, Packing List, Bill of looding, Air way bill รวมถึงเอกสารศุลกากร -งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. สามารถใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศได้ โดยเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  2. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการปฏิบัติงานพื้นฐานได้ เช่น ตอบ-รับอีเมลล์ภาษาอังกฤษ, โปรแกรม MS office เป็นต้น
  3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารการค้าธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่อองค์กรและลูกค้า
  5. มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม
  6. มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานและการสื่อสาร
  7. สามารถจัดการและวางแผนเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้า-ส่งออกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
