Job Descriptions
-Responsible to assign the scope of function and responsibility for all subordinates. Organize and problem solving for any kind of variance which will affect the output and customer’s satisfaction. - Organize and control the output to meet the delivery schedules. - Improve and provide technical skills to all subordinates. - Cost control of manufacturing to minimize the lost of expense and material. - Process improvement to gain the maximized output with the minimum resource of both material and human resources. - Support another department with all related matters to meet the company’s achievement and targets and director of emergency plan. - Instructive, verify and assistance to subordinate Instructive, verify and assistance to subordinate about the CSR/RBA, Follow CSR/RBA requirement, ISO standard and others standard. - Any other duties as assign.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  2. Manufacturing Management skills in a middle size factory for at Preference minimum 5 years and with a position of middle or Senior management for a minimum 3 years.
  3. Excellent communication skill in English both verbally and written.
  4. Knowledge of DOE, SPC and Problem Analytical skill and technique.
  5. Program can use multiple computers.
  6. knowledge of the tools of statistical analysis.
  7. a follow-up skill and resolve the immediate events, the leadership.
  8. Trained in quality system, safety at work, management skill, leadership, or other related.
