Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำใบสำคัญรับเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้ /จัดทำเงินมัดจำรับ
2.ประสานงานติดตามทวงถามลูกหนี้ที่เกินกำหนดชำระเงิน
3.รับผิดชอบและดูแลการจัดเก็บเอกสารด้านรายได้และลูกหนี้ของบริษัทฯ
4.ตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่เข้าบัญชี ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน, จัดทำกระทบบํญชีเงินฝากต่าง ๆ รวมถึงรายงานการติดตามลูกหนี้
5.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือการเงิน (เท่านั้น)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ความรู้ทักษะเกี่ยวกับบัญชีลูกหนี้, ความรู้ทักษะเกี่ยวกับบัญชีรายได้, ความรู้ทักษะเกี่ยวกับภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Officer Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ถ้ามีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี NAV2018 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
