Job Descriptions
การประสานงานขายและงานเอกสาร
- จัดทำรายงาน Shipping schedule report
- จัดทำ ROVER เพื่อยื่นต่อกรมการค้าต่างประเทศ
- วางแผนตู้คอนเทนอร์และจองเรือ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนของ INVOICE + PACKING LIST
- จัดทำ Payment Voucher สำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายส่งออก และประกันสินค้าทางทะเล
- บันทึก ASBN ในโปรแกรม I-Supplier
- ติดตามเรื่องการชำระเงินของลูกค้าให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงเวลา
- ช่วยบริหารการตอบสนองการร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขามนุษย์ศาสตร์ ศิลปศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกีี่ยวข้อง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีความสามารถด้านการติดต่อประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับคนหมู่มากได้
- มีทักษะในการ พูด , อ่าน , เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ในเกณฑ์ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาที่เป็นชาวต่างชาติได้
- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
