Job Descriptions
- Correspondence with overseas and domestic customer
- Receive PO/ demand from customer and confirm upon received.
- Inform Production control dept. for customer demand based on PO and forecast by a weekly basis.
- Confirm the delivery date to customer.
- Review/Correct shipment plan.
- Handle for RFQ & specification’s requirement & documentation for new/existing project.
- Account receivable review and follow up.
Qualifications
- Age 18 years up
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or in related field.
- 3-5 year experience in sales and marketing.
- Good command in English, Japanese is advantage
- Computer literacy.
- Coordinate and communication skill
- Keep follow up till products reach to customer
- Cosmetic or OEM business is advantage
