Job Descriptions

• Research potential buyer lists and build a buyer database. • Coordinate and invite potential buyers to conferences (online and offline) via email and phone calls. • Guide buyers to meeting rooms during offline events at hotels and exhibitions. • Follow up on meeting results after online and offline conferences. • Meet with customers to introduce company services. • Summarize meeting results from all buyers and report to the company. • Conduct 15–20 business matching meetings per month. ** In the event that meetings are scheduled in excess of the monthly quota set by the company will be eligible for additional commission. • ค้นหารายชื่อผู้ซื้อที่มีศักยภาพและสร้างฐานข้อมูลผู้ซื้อให้กับบริษัท • ประสานงานและเชิญผู้ซื้อที่มีศักยภาพเข้าร่วมการประชุม (ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์) ทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์ • แนะนำผู้ซื้อไปยังห้องประชุมระหว่างกิจกรรมออฟไลน์ที่โรงแรมและนิทรรศการ • ติดตามผลการประชุมหลังจากการประชุมออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ในแต่ละครั้ง • พบปะกับลูกค้าเพื่อแนะนำบริการต่างๆ ของบริษัท • สรุปผลการประชุมจากผู้ซื้อทั้งหมดและรายงานให้บริษัททราบในการประชุมทุกๆครั้ง • จัดการประชุมจับคู่ธุรกิจ 15–20 ครั้งต่อเดือน ** กรณีสามารถนัดประชุมได้เกินโควต้าที่บริษัทกำหนดหน้าที่ในแต่ละเดือน จะได้รับ Commission เพิ่มเติม

Qualifications

Female Between 25 - 35 years old, หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
Bachelor's degree in any related fields, วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
At least 2 years of experience as Telesales, Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator or related fields, มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในตำแหน่งพนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์, ผู้บริหารฝ่ายขาย, ผู้ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Sales Passion, รักในงานขาย
Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), Google apps (Google drive, spreadsheets, presentation, etc.), E-mail and Internet, มีความชำนาญใน MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), แอป Google (Google ไดรฟ์, สเปรดชีต, งานนำเสนอ ฯลฯ ), อีเมลและอินเทอร์เน็ต
