Job Descriptions
- ประสบการณ์ในงาน IT Support 1ปีขึ้นไป
- ให้บริการในงาน IT Support/Service Desk ในส่วนของ Client
- ปฏิบัติงานสัปดาห์ละ 5วัน สามารถ SHIFT ได้
- IT Support For Hardware and Software Devices
- IT Support For PC Computer and Peripheral Devices
- IT Support For Network Client Devices
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ทางด้าน ไอที คอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศชาย อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์งาน IT Support 1 ปีหรือเคยฝึกงานด้านไอทีซัพพอร์ตอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานบริการลูกค้า และการแก้ไขปัญหาในงานซัพพอร์ตหรืองานบริการ
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- ระยะเวลาการจ้างงานสัญญาจ้าง 4 เดือนแรกและต่อสัญญาเป็นปีต่อปีเป็นระยะเวลา 2-3 ปี
