Personalized Beauty Consultations: •Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' skin concerns, goals, and preferences. •Analyze skin types and conditions to recommend tailored skincare regimens. •Educate clients on skincare ingredients, benefits, and application techniques. Product Expertise and Demonstration: •Develop a deep understanding of our brand's skincare products, including formulations, benefits, and usage instructions. •Demonstrate product application techniques and share tips for optimal results. •Conduct skincare workshops and events to educate clients and build brand awareness. Sales and Retail: •Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling skincare products. •Process transactions efficiently and accurately. •Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment. •Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability. Customer Service: •Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. •Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. •Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Training and Development: •Attend product training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. •Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. •Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to improve team performance.

Qualifications

Thai nationality is preferred
Able to work according to the department store schedule (6 working days/week)
Sales and retail experience is an advantage
Product knowledge and understanding of skincare ingredients
Ability to build rapport with customers and excellent customer service skills
Basic understanding of skin types and conditions and product knowledge and understanding of skincare ingredients
Good command of spoken Thai and English
Passion for beauty and skincare
