Job Descriptions
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาช่วยเหลือเจ้าหน้าที่ TPM ในการผลักดันให้ทำงานได้ตามแผน และ เป้าหมายประจำปีของ TPM ที่กำหนดไว้
- ควบคุมและติดตามผล รวมทั้งเสนอแนะกระตุ้น เพื่อชักจูงใจให้กลุ่มย่อย ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตามแผนงานและเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบุคคล ฝึกอบรมพนักงานตามแผนการฝึกอบรมภาย ในประจำปี(เฉพาะที่เกี่ยวกับ TPM)
- อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทุกสาขา , บริหารอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 - 2 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office (Word , Excel , Power Point) และ Internet ได้
- มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการทั่วไป , 5ส , ISO 9001 : 2000 , QCC , Kaizen และ TPM
- ประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
