Job Descriptions

- Prepare CNC program, jig and fixtures and tooling before the change over on the CNC machine is needed - Provide the Tool Room Foreman with the tooling list and other tools/requirements that are needed - Set-up the CNC machine in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing the down-time of the CNC machine - Check and approve the quality of the first parts produced - Replace tools in production on CNC machines for the Production Supervisors - Make adjustments to running programs if needed - When needed, to operate the CNC machine - Supporting the Production Supervisor in their task of ensuring compliance with work instructions, company rules and regulations and safety - Anything the CNC Programmer deems necessary - Work as assign by manager

Qualifications

Male
Age 25 years old or above.
At least 2 years experience controlling and adjusting CNC machines, preferably with 4 axis or more
Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO, TS or AS is preferable
Fair command of the spoken English language
Punctual
Able to work in a highly organized, expat managed manufacturing organization
