Job Descriptions
- Supervise the work of employees in the QA/QC department. - Monitor the status of quality issue resolutions within the production process. - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues. - Prepare reports related to internal product quality performance. - Communicate with customers in case of any quality issues that have been delivered to them. - Have experience working with teams (QA Engineer Outgoing / QC Engineer Incoming / QC In-process / QC Inspector / QA Admin). - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, aged 25 years or older (no gender preference, but must be at least 25 years old).
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  3. Management Skills: Must be capable of managing a team and making initial decisions.
  4. Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint at a good level.
  5. Quality Control Experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality control, particularly in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
  6. Quality Certifications: Such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, QC 7 Tools, Core Tools, Quality Awareness, KAIZEN, JIS/DIN.
  7. Able to drive with a valid driver's license.
  8. Willing and able to work in a shift-based schedule.
