Job Descriptions
- Receive and handle forecasts and purchase orders with the team.
- Communicate with customers by emails and follow up their requirements.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal and external parties.
- Issue delivery instructions to the team.
- Monitor production and inventory, and order materials.
- Prepare sales reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Good command of writing, speaking, listening, and reading English.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination and purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
