Job Descriptions
1.To conduct production operation base on PC schedule. 2.Responsible for maintaining and improvement of production yield 3.Control manpower more than 150 persons/shift 4.To lead production group/shift to achieve target quantity and quality. 5.Do the other assigned job from Production Manager
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. 5 years experience in Production supervisor level of HDD business is preferable
  3. Good Command of English is a plus
  4. Employee shift
  5. Strong Leadership Skill & People Management Skill
  6. Active working style & able to work under pressure
