Job Descriptions

Job Description • Receive PO from customer ,order management, work with production team and confirm the PO delivery schedule to customer. • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction • Monitoring, trace shipment on time delivery, responding effectively and efficiently to customers inquiries. • Maintain good relationship existing customers • Negotiate freight charges and expenses of Import/Export, transportation, and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations. • Coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding delivery processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics&Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics and import-export in Automotive manufacturing.
Good command of English can communicate. (Coordinate with an overseas team)
No shuttle bus
