Job Descriptions
- New Production launching and process evaluation of welding-assembly part. - Control and Validation Machining process. - Responsibility for new project launching & control to meet customer's master plan. - Design the production process and production equipment Including Tooling. - Trial production to produce product samples and evaluate production readiness. - Improve quality and production efficiency. - Prepare and set up Standard Document and maintain the system. - Preparation APQP&PPAP documents for submit following as customer event required. - Work with Area Production Manager/Supervisor to evaluating how well people do their jobs and offer improvement wherever needed. - Any other assignment as Supervisor & Production Engineering Manager required.
Qualifications
  1. Male 25-35 years
  2. Bachelor degree or higher preferable in Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related field.
  3. At least 1-3 year experience in Mechanical & welding process Engineer filed.
  4. Command used program 2D&3D Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid work
  5. Readable and understand the drawing and GD&T Symbols. Experienced in welding.
  6. Knowledge in APQP ,PPAP ,FMEA, Control plan concept.
  7. Can working under pressure with limit lead-time.
  8. Command spoken and written English will be advantage.
  9. Able to travel work on their own.
