Job Descriptions

1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning. 2. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management and stakeholders. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 6. Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. 7. Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives. 8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related role, preferably in the packaging industry or manufacturing sector.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Proven track record of driving business results through financial analysis and strategic insights.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
