Job Descriptions1. Manage and monitor all Human Resources operation: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational change.
2. Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process.
3. Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan, career development, disciplinary actions).
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
5. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

7. Consolidate the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with the correct amount.

9. Generate HR reports and assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

11. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
12. Manage and deliver HR Strategy in line with business objectives.
