Job Descriptions
• To make telephone collection to overdue customer
• To make overdue report for the assigned account
• To meet overdue customer for persuading and collecting debt together with Marketing
• To handle documentations for collection department i.e. POA, notice letter
• To calculate penalty interest and notice to customer when require.
•To support other jobs as assignment.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 - 32 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทางด้านการติดตามหนี้สิน และลงพื้นที่ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสถาบันการเงิน จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความอดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่สาขาบางนาได้ (ถนนบางนาตราด ก.ม.12)
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
