Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist tenants with inquiries related to facility maintenance, billing, contract/lease management, daily reporting, and communication. 2. Conduct property tours for potential tenants and agents, ensuring they have a positive impression and are persuaded to select our residence. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, sauna, aerobic rooms, party venues, meeting rooms, and overall building. 3. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, including housekeeping, accounting, technical support, maintenance, IT, management, and suppliers, to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications
  1. Female candidates only, with a pleasant, sincere demeanor and exceptional Thai manners.
  2. Fluent in English, with the ability to read and write basic English emails. Strong command of both written and spoken Thai is required.
  3. A genuine love for hospitality—enjoys taking care of tenants’ daily needs with a proactive, service-first mindset.
  4. MUST love dogs and cats! Our residence is a pet-friendly community, and we seek team members who truly enjoy being around animals.
  5. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field (hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred).
  6. Humble, respectful, and professional—demonstrates courtesy towards tenants, supervisors, and colleagues.
  7. Problem-solving skills—able to think on their feet and handle issues quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
