Job Descriptions
1. Response to customers quality problem and collect all necessary and concern information. 2. Take a lead to call internal TSC core team meeting. 3. Take a containment action and scope suspected product to ensure there is no suspected product existing in pipeline to customer. 4. Analyse and establish 8D report of defective products then submit to customer (include customer system) 5. Commuicate 8D report to customer and follow up untill 8D close. 6. Review customer warranty claim information follow agreemnt and technical investigation report. 7. Support on customer visit activity (improvement activity, annual audit, etc.) 8. Monitor customer evaluation. 9. Summarize cost of poor quality from customer complaint. 10. Provide weekly report
Qualifications
  1. Male, Age 30-35 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  3. 5-7 years up in direct experience Quality Assurance in Automotive Part Industry Business is Preferred.
  4. Knowledge in 8D Report, Why Why Analysis, Audit Process, IATF 16949 is advantage.
  5. Can drive with driving license.
  6. Good Command in English.
  7. Knowledge in Audit system
  8. Knowledge in CSR (Customer Specific Requirement) and can present with Customer
