• ควบคุมการผลิตโดยการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทั้งในเชิงคุณภาพ-ปริมาณ และรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ • ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตร่วมกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและรายงานผลให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต • ควบคุมการตรวจสอบ Stock วัตถุดิบ ให้ถูกต้องมีปริมาณเพียงพอและเหมาะสม,มีการจัดเก็บและนำไปใช้ตามหลัง FI-FO • ติดตามตรวจสอบและทบทวนแผนการผลิตให้สามารถผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา • บริหารงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน • อบรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้แก่พนักงาน • จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมพัฒนาพนักงาน • วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้า และกำหนดแนวทางการแก้ไข้/ป้องกัน • ปฎิบัติงาน และส่งเสริมตามระบบมาตราฐาน ISO 9001,GHP&HACCP • ร่วมผลักดันโครงการ และกิจกรรมขององค์กร • งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

Male , age over 40 , Bachelor Degree Or Master Degree in Engineering or Science (Preferred Polymer/Chemical and packaging)
Manufacturing experience in an operating discipline
Knowledge of the blow film extrusion process is preferred,
Knowledge of the regulatory processes under which the facility operates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous activities
Problem solving and decision making skills , Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel, Powerpoint.
Team Leading experience that demonstrates effective planning skills and an ability to manage and develop people
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with both a functional and business leader, who collaborate on employee issues and decisions (including performance management, compensation and development)
Good communication / presentation skills – both oral and written
Ability to function within a matrix organization in which functional and business leaders have equal authority within the organization and employees report to both a functional leader and a business leader
