Job Descriptions

1.To Contact Sea Freight for booking space and cooperate with oversea agent. 2.Get the related document from customer send to all concerns 3. Input shipment detail as per customer’s invoice and create B/L. 4.Send pre-alert and corresponding with oversea agent for any cases and support any problem 5.Solve problems by cooperation with concerned department and customers. 6. Monitoring and ensure that all job files are closed and forward to Consignee on time. 7.Coordinate between customer and internal section. 8.Follow up on shipment status and provide updates to the client on a regular basis 9. Ensure timely and correct billing for all shipments 10.Co-ordinate with oversea agents, any departments for smooth operating. 11.Monitoring actual bookings versus allocations on daily basis 12. Any other tasks as assigned by MD.
