Job Description The Operation manager will be responsible for managing and training Shop Managers & Staffs in the daily operation, sale and customer service,maintain positive company philosophy & will represent Buddhi Belly in a professional manner. Will be responsible for the following tasks : -Marketing strategy -Sales target -Cost control -P&L report -Staffs training & KPI -Customer complaint & concern -Company philosophy and culture -Recruitment -Implement training standard -Scout new locations for new shop, supervise construction and opening -Acting as liaison between Shops, Vendors and Office -Promotion -POS System Management

Qualifications

30-45 years old
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related field
Strong F&B operation experience
Experience in team management
Fluent in English
Computer and Accounting literate
Self-Driven and able to work under pressure
Motivate with service mind and able to train team members
Supervisory, training, budgeting, POS system control, P&L experience required!
Be able to work long and / or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed
English and Thai proficiency
Leadership skills
Positive personality
