• Training & Development • Responsible for effective implementation of Orientation programs, training admin and documentation & update training record • Collect and follow up on training documents, and submission to Labor Skill Development Department for the benefit of corporate tax exemption. • Conduct orientation/onboarding program for new employees. • Arrange and organize in-house training / contact instructors and participants. • Contact public training courses

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related filed
At least 1 years of experience in training, administration, coordination or document control
Knowledge of training record, coordinate with government
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work under pressure
