Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with Management Team and Production regarding to daily, weekly, monthly planning - Follow the production plan and Work Instruction - Manage the order receiving from customers and set up the delivery schedule. - Issue Monthly and Daily Plan for Production process - Coordination of ordering Raw-material and packaging and follow up incoming for running delivery on time. - Check Finished Goods for delivery on time (Domestic & Export). - Set up the safety stock of all RM & Supply to be enough for production. - Control production flow a review manpower ,control and manage the data TPS,Kanban system for production - Monthly Report of production efficiency to Management Team - 5S ,Kaizen and Cost reduction - ISO/TS 16949 document control - Others tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
  1. All Gender
  2. Age 25 years old up
  3. Bachelor degree in Industrial engineer,Industrial management or relate field
  4. Experience inProduction Planning , Material Planning, TPS in automotive manufacturing at least  3 year
  5. Experience in ERP program and good computer skill
  6. Knowledge in ISO 9000,IATF 16949,ISO 14001, ERP
  7. Strong to discipline and manpower control under  policy of company
  8. Knowledge in Kaizen,Kanban system , TPS system
  9. Good command in english language
