Job Descriptions

- Conduct and monitor quality process and supplier development. - Prepare the claim or complaint report to the customer - Control measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, height gauge) - Preparation of documentation PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Inspections standard, first lot, CPK. - Manage new model tasks, trial and co-check new parts with customer - Control quality defects in new products. - Issue working standard and working instruction, measuring equipment usage, and calibration. - Analyse and solve the quality problems. - Supervise the planning and execution of daily activities including current operations, customer requests and new projects. - Maintain required productivity and quality levels, implementing improvements when possible. - Manage and organize the resources and facilities of an internal department to assure product quality is met Quality Policy. - Support and suggest quality system implementation and certification and other specific quality systems as the customer requires.

Qualifications

Male or Female.
Age 27 years above.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Faculty of Industrial, Mechanical, Rubber & Polymer Technology, chemical or any related fields
Have knowledge IATF 16949 & ISO 14001, QCC , 8D Report , Core Tools and Why Why Analysis
At least 2 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
Be proactive, creative thinking and a good team player.
Fair - Good command of spoken and written in English.
Able to drive with driving license.
