Job Descriptions
*จำเป็นต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวในการปฏิบัติงาน* •สรรหาและวิเคราะห์พื้นที่เพื่อทำการทำเปิดสาขาใหม่ •บริหารทีมงานเก็บข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้อง แม่นยำ •นำเสนอข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ที่ถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้เลือกเปิดสาขาใหม่ได้ถูกต้อง แม่นยำ •มีความชำนาญในการดูเเผนที่ เเละมีความรู้ด้านการหาทำเลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเปิดร้านสาขาใหม่ •มีทักษะในการสื่อสารเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (วุฒิการศึกษาภูมิศาสตร์ , ภูมิสารสนเทศ จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. พิจารณารับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการสรรหาพื้นที่ หรือลักษณะงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
  4. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และต้องมีใบขับขี่ (ทางบริษัทฯ มีค่าเสื่อมรถยนต์ให้)
  5. สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด
  6. สามารถลงพื้นที่ (ออกทริป) ในแต่ละเดือน ทำงาน 10 หยุด 4 วัน
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
  8. ไม่มีภาระทางครอบครัว
  9. มีความชอบในการเดินทาง
  10. หากเคยใช้ Program GIS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
