Job Descriptions
- มีทักษะในการทำอาหารไทย อาหารยุโรป และอาหารจีน - ควบคุมคุณภาพ / ปรุงอาหารตามสูตรเครื่องปรุงอาหารให้ได้ตามมารตฐาน - ปรุงอาหารในปริมาณมากๆได้ รองรับงานสัมมนาประชุม งานแต่ง เป็นต้น - ทำอาหารจานเดี่ยวได้ - ดูแลอาหารเช้าสำหรับลูกค้าห้องพัก - ควบคุมเรื่องต้นทุนวัตถุดิบและตรวจนับสต๊อควัตถุดิบได้ - ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เช่น แผนกจัดซื้อ และทีม food and beverage และ ทีมขาย เพื่อประสานความต้องการของลูกค้า - อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 20 ปี ขึ้นไป สุขภาพแข็งแรง
  2. มีทักษะในการปรุงอาหารไทย - ยุโรป, จีน, เตรียมวัตถุดิบได้
  3. ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน รักงานบริการ และมีความรับผิดชอบงาน มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
  4. เน้นทำงานเป็นทีม มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีความรวดเร็ว ละเอียด รอบคอบในการทำงาน
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดี, สู้งาน, รักความสะอาด บริหารวัตถุดิบได้ดี
  6. สามารถปรับปรุง, พัฒนาเนื้องานของตนเอง, วางแผนทำงานเป็น, จัดสรรเวลาเป็น
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้, มีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาการทำงาน
  8. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  9. มี service mind ใจรักงานบริการ
  10. ไม่สูบบุหรี่
