Job Descriptions
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. - Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts. - Builds customer networks, especially with C-levels and senior executives. - Builds a relationship between Double P and Partners also with other clients. - Sells, implement, and develop services to current and prospective customers; works with other sales personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory. - Consults with customers to determine needs for individualized services and advises customers on appropriate solutions. - Works with services account representative, customer service representatives, and others to outline available products and services, and to leverage sales situations. - Works with customer and provider to design plans for software solution demonstration services. - Provides support on curriculum and product inquiries for other teams in the division and other groups in the company. - Follows-up with customers periodically to track customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services. - Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. - Attracting relevant stakeholders for workshops, engineer customer in group format, help create basis for customer business case. - Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition - Driving new product sales - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female with Thai nationality.
  2. At least bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or others related field.
  3. Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in Business development, or others related field.
  4. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
  7. A typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  10. A positive and professional demeanor.
  11. Strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, self-driven, result oriented.
  12. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  13. A customer-focused mindset.
  14. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Experience in the IT Industry will be an advantage.
  16. Working knowledge of selling training services, education, academy, software, and hardware terminology.
