Job Descriptions
- รับผิดชอบในการทดลองสินค้า เพื่อปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ปัจจุบัน และวิจัยพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้ากลุ่ม Modern Trade / OEM - นำเสนอ Product Idea และแนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนาสินค้าเพื่อสร้างตลาดหรือธุรกิจใหม่ - พิจารณาการนำวัตถุดิบทดแทนมาใช้งาน วิเคราะห์/ประเมินความเสี่ยงให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ควบคุมทีมงานในการออกสินค้าใหม่
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
  2. มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิตเบเกอรี่, องค์ความรู้วัตถุดิบ กระบวนการและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ
  3. มีทักษะในการวางแผน สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ และมีภาวะผู้นำที่ดี
  4. สามารถพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า โดยคำนึงถึงต้นทุนการผลิตและข้อจำกัดของกระบวนการ
  5. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ช่างสังเกต และสามารถสื่อสารประสานงานได้
  6. **มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป**
