Job Descriptions

• Primarily assist and support sales team, focusing mostly on managing any sale documentation • Prepare sales quotations and follow up/chase quotations that have been requested from suppliers • Must be able to efficiently respond to any e-mail or telephone queries in case of sales team is not in office or not available • Coordinate and be able to work closely with other departments (service team, financial, accounting) to complete the job tasks • Monitor and ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as catalog, brochures is always ready and up to date • Handle and processing all of order with accuracy and timeliness and immediately inform sales team of unforeseen delays of goods or any problems • Closely monitoring timeline schedule of each order from PR issued date until money received

Qualifications

Male & Female with bachelor degree in any related field
Age : 25-40 years old
Communication skill : Writing e-mail in English, Speaking in basic English, Good negotiable
Computer skill : MS Office, E-mail　
Working attitude : Team work, Flexible
