【Job Description】 -Receiving the order from customer and confirm detail -Process the order to Factory / Follow up delivery schedule and reply to customer -Issuring the invoice / arrange shipment and cooperate with logistic team. 【Qualification】 -Thai nationality, Female/ Male 22 - 29 years old -Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. -1-2 years of experience Sales Coordinator -Experience as a Sales Coordinator from Trading company -MS office as preference -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work inder pressure -Strong sales and negotiation skills. -Good command in English for internal coordination with Japanese, documentation, and email tasks -.Detail-oriented and proactively work to meet deadlines and follow up until the end of process -English: Conversational Level 【Allowance & Benefit】 -Provident fund 5% -Bonus (based on performance / average of the past 2 months) -Social security -Group health insurance -Annual health check-up (required for employees with more than 1 year of tenure) -Company party -Annual trip -Probation period: 120 days 【Working Hour】 Monday-Friday, 8.30-17.30
